YOUTH RACING PROGRAMS
When your kids have a need for speed, putting them into one of New Hampshire's racing programs will certainly satisfy. And with groups for all ages and abilities, you'll be able to find the program that fits them best.

The Black Mountain Alpine Ski Team is committed to providing each athlete the skills and fundamentals needed to reach each individual potential. Our goal is to have each athlete develop a lifelong passion for skiing.
NEW FOR 2018/19! TEAM INFERNO
Young skiers age 12-17 looking to enhance their overall winter sports experience will master the steeps and powder deeps, learn basic jumping skills, work on carving, run gates, spend some time in the glades and even experience Nordic skiing and snow tubing!Bretton Woods also offers several Competition Center Programs for the 2018/19 winter season. These programs will introduce, develop and train aspiring racers. Additional season-long programs for juniors, including the Freestyle and Development Teams, are available as part of the Bretton Woods Ski and Snowboard School.
The Mission of the Franconia Ski Club is to impart the joys of skiing and the life-long lessons of healthy competition to the children of its broad and open membership. The club achieves its mission by providing thoughtful, caring and professional instruction in skiing and ski racing and by supporting and sponsoring all levels of NHARA and USSA Junior racing.
Cranmore Mountain Resort
Cranmore’s Race Team is a program children who show a strong interest in ski racing and have the skills to match. In this program children will master basic skills needed for race courses along with the understanding or rules and regulations.
For the past 20 years, the Ford Sayre Alpine Racing Development Program (DEVO) has given enthusiastic young skiers the ability reach the next level in the sport by emulating the technique of the best skiers on the hill. All DEVO skiers become proficient enough to have a lifetime of fun in the sport, whether or not they choose to move on to competition as they grow older and stronger.
King Pine at Purity Spring Resort
King Pine's weekend training program is for skiers ages 8-15, who are dedicated to improving their alpine skiing and racing skills. Skiers compete in USSA races sponsored by NHARA (New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association www.nhara.org) based on age and ability and this program travels to other mountains to compete against local race clubs at time throughout the winter.
Loon Mountain Resort
Loon Race Team is committed to creating a fun and safe learning environment in which alpine athletes can explore their true potential. LRT is committed to creating a team of ski racers that are well rounded kids and athletes. Our large and diverse Coaching Staff is dedicated to our athletes and their families – we are a team first and foremost. Plainly said – we like to go fast and have fun!
McIntyre Ski Area
The McIntyre Ski Team offers an instructional ski race program for children, ages 6 to 13. The program is designed to improve overall skiing within a racing environment. As a member of the ski team, racers will learn the basic fundamentals of skiing and apply these skills to racing. As athletes progress through the program and begin to master the skills of racing, they are exposed to the tactics of ski racing.
Mount Sunapee Resort
The Race Development Program is a NASTAR based race program where we strive to develop fundamental skiing and racing skills. All athletes are required to have successfully completed the Development Program for at least one year. The athlete will develop a NASTAR race profile of results and work towards qualifying for the NASTAR Finals in March.
The Pats Peak Ski Team includes an enrolled membership of over 75 families with approximately 100 children ages 7-18 participating in all levels of ski racing.
The team funds a professional staff which provides on-hill coaching and racing support for four levels of ski competition and training.
Ragged Mountain Resort
Ragged Mountain Ski Team (RMST) is a United Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) affiliated ski team, based at Ragged Mountain Resort in Danbury, New Hampshire. Ragged Mountain Ski Team is a weekend based Alpine ski program that strives to provide the best opportunity for young athletes of all ages, backgrounds and commitment levels, the chance to enjoy and achieve excellence in alpine skiing and racing. RMST does this by providing a professional staff with regular training on appropriate, quality terrain, in a fun, healthy, family-friendly, environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence. We coach our athletes to become great skiers first, with a broad fundamental skill base while fostering a love for their sport. With a solid foundation of skills and love of sport, RMST athletes will find a lifetime of skiing and racing enjoyment.

With its roots as one of the oldest ski clubs in the country, Waterville Valley Black and Blue Trail Smashers/Ski Education Foundation has evolved into the Northeast’s premier Snowsports training and competition center. We live our motto of Pioneering Snowsports and Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders.
